Cartier or rolex

Thanks so much for your advise! It seems that some of you have the bb and some the Rolex and you all love your picks so I know I can't go wrong with either

I love the bb. It looks really classic on, but after a lot of thought and after reading your posts, I've decided to go for the rolex. I actually really like the juxtaposition of the masculinity of a big rolex and the femininity of the mother of pear and diamond face. You can actually see the diamonds and imho they look stunning on the rolex. Also, resale value never hurts

Thanks for your input either way! I used to not like rolexes (and still don't) EXCEPT for the one I decided to get. IRL the large face with the MOP and diamond looks super special

Me too exactly! Never liked them, until I saw mine that looks like the one you like!

Both are nice watches. IMO Cartier more statement and rolex more classic. Rolex is overall more classic and has better movement n I think the diamonds w MOP are TDF; however BB is more modern looking. If I could only pick one I'd get the rolex but you can always save for a 2nd watch *grin*

Good choice! I'd choose Rolex all the way although I own both Rolex and Cartier watches.

Between those two, i would choose the Rolex. I own both brands and i definitely feel the Rolex is more durable/practical. Although i love the elegant look of the Cartier.
