I was actually about to sell my cartier love cuff it's size 18... I only bought it a couple of years ago .
Wanted it since forever. However I lost alot of excess weight and it doesn't fit right anymore .
Such a shame as I'd have wanted to replace it in a size 17
Now I'm unsure whether to definitely let it go
I never wear it though
This makes it an even tougher decision now
I wonder if it can be resized

If I wear a 16 in a non-love bracelet like the clash should I go for a 17 or an 18? Would a 17 work or be too small? My wrist is about 6.25 inches, maybe a bit smaller. Pretty “flat” not too round.
I wear the exact same size cuff to the love bracelet ... not sure if this helps at all . They fit perfectly for stacking
Now they are too big for me but they were a perfect fit together

I just want to let all my Cartier cuff lovers to know, I was visiting my Cartier boutique in Bellagio, Las Vegas. I asked my new C.A. Jenny if they had any left in stock, and she looked and showed me that they had one left, a white gold one with one diamond, I think it was a size 18. I would’ve purchased it right then and there but alas, I wanted either another yellow gold one or a rose gold one. Instead I purchased a clash de Cartier ring. But if any of you Cuffaholics are in the Vegas area, please check it out, it’s the very last cuff in stock!

Yes! The cuff can be resized by asking your Cartier S.A. to simply squeeze the ends together just a bit to automatically make your cuff tighter on your wrist; that’s what my S.A. in Nassau did for me when I bought their last love cuff, which was a size 18. I have very small wrists but I wanted it so much that I bought it immediately and she was able to gently squeeze the ends and now it fits perfectly. Just remember to always ask a Cartier professional to do it for you, they’ll know exactly how to adjust a cuff that’s too big! 🥰

Im just super curious how was that possible because no matter how many times I try to squeeze the ends the cuff doesn’t budge, feels like if I put more pressure, it will just break?
SA at Cartier also said not to try to squeeze the cuff.
So how do you guys do it? I know there are others on here who tried successfully but for the love of me I can’t seem to be able to squeeze the ends closer, they just don’t give in.

I know exactly what you mean. I tried myself to see if I could help my friend tighten her love cuff, being she didn’t want to go to Cartier, and I gingerly applied alittle pressure squeezing the ends, then a bit more, and no way would it budge. I didn’t want to try too much because I was terrified of possibly warping or damaging it so she’s going to Cartier. My S.A.’s in various Boutiques did tell me there’s virtually no way it could break being it’s such thick and strong gold, so I’m trying to remember how my S.A. in Nassau managed to tighten mine. They must have some technique that I wasn’t even aware of, she did it so smoothly and quickly. I wish I had caught it on video! Definitely take it into any Cartier, I’m been told many times they know how to do it. Sorry I can’t be of more help or remember exactly what she did! It’s like a mystery ..🤷‍♀️

I didnt know that!
How sad. Love cuff is my top 2 fav C bracelets.
It’s unfortunate new comers don’t have this option.
Yeah... I have one in yellow gold and was planning to add another one in the nearest future and now I can only go pre-owned route, which I really don't like. I am kind of paranoid to buy at secondary market. There are way too many fakes out here, including super fakes that can be made out of real gold.

Plus, I really prefer a brand new to the used one.

I don’t think it does. The demand is not high. And also I don’t see many in the preloved market. What’s your cuff size?
Size 17. My concern is that it will be significantly losing its value due to the lack of demand, while other styles will be keeping or continue to grow in value as retail prices increasing. I'm not planning on selling my jewelry any time soon, but I'm thinking about the future possibilities.
p.s I was actually thinking about adding one more to my collection before I found out about the discontinuation.
