Cartier Love Bracelet Sizing Thread!

Thank you all! I’ll go back to the store this weekend and try both sizes on each wrist for a while, then make a decision🙈

I have one more question—does anyone wear a tight bracelet and How does it feel when your arms swell in the summer?
Do arms actually swell a lot in the summer? I’ve never really paid attention to it myself

I’d hate to point out a particular Instagram acct, but if you have insta you could check out pics. Sometimes the bangles could make wrists look like a sausage (sorry! …Hides)

One that had tight Cartier loves was Cassie. She stacked her 3 classic loves. I think a Google search will help. It does look painful when it is tight - and has a cuff look.

One Instagram account I do enjoy with small wrists is damselinjewelry. In her case, I am guessing she went with the smallest sizes because they don’t look loose at all.

Definitely try them all in the store. The more you stack, the tighter the fit (like stacking rings on one finger).

I also have a 15 cm wrist and I went with a tighter fit, I also hesitated and SA suggested a 17. And now after a year? I definitely don't regret it, yes my wrist swells - mostly in the morning after waking up and when exercising, but it's not bothersome at all, at least for me. On the other hand, I have a Tiffany T Wire that is a size larger and it bothers me how it rolls on my hand - I have it on my other wrist.. but as I said, trust your intuition and don't let it fool you. A love bracelet has to fit, then you won't know about it at all, how many times I have to make sure it's there at all, on the other hand, Tiffany bothers me how it rolls on my wrist
Did you go with size 16 or 17? Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences—it’s really helping me decide! I’ll try both on again tomorrow. This morning, I tested the size 17 bracelet I bought again, and it’s not as loose now with my arm swollen...

I‘ll keep you updated 😊

Hiw can I find the photos you are referring to please?

Damselinjewelry in Instagram sample (she has tons of pics!)

And once you look at these pics, an algorithm gets created where your page will show a bunch of Cartier pics from random Insta accounts. lol

Best way to know if it feels good is to try it at the store. Some people end up using chain bracelets like VCA’s for this reason.

I’m in the same boat as you - trying to decide between 15 and 16 (15.5 would be my ideal fit). Size 15 is snug when it tries to twist on its own, to where it almost feels like it’s pinching my skin. I don’t want it to suffocate my wrist if I’m doing workouts like planks or pushups where my wrists are bent/flexed.

But with a size 16 I can turn it all the way around - although it stays just past my wrist bone and doesn’t fall further down my hand. It also don’t move on top of my panthere Watch when stacked.

Do most people wear theirs loose enough to twist all the way around?

This is a size 16 - is it too big?

Oh, that's such a tough decision. Unfortunately, there are no in-between sizes—that would be perfect... It helped me to try on both sizes (one on each wrist) at the same time and then move around the store for 10 minutes. That way, I could compare which one felt more comfortable for everyday wear.

I can twist mine around but only with a little force. My wrist is around 15cm and I went for the 17 as the 16 was too snug for my liking. Especially when working out.

They never measured my wrist so I don’t know my exact wrist size but I did end up going with the size 16 instead of 15. Thanks everyone! When she tried to put the size 15 on again, it was almost pinching. The 16 has just enough of a gap for it to move but not too much. I can turn it around but I don’t think it will turn around on its own. Here’s a pic stacking with my David Yurman Cable Flex in XS.
