My first Love bracelet! Classic in rose gold. An early 50th birthday gift from me to me.

The SA did say the new hinged version is launching imminently in the UK. He seemed to think today.

However, I went for the classic version as I wear the same jewellery daily and rarely take it off. Plus, I like the history of it.

My goodness, it’s so pretty. I bought the matching ring preloved six months ago to see how I got on with the colour, given this is the first rose gold jewellery I own (normally platinum/white gold/silver). I’ve fallen for rose gold in a big way.

Wanted to go from store for the bracelet for the experience, and back up should I have a screw issue.

Delighted with it, and still slightly in shock as it is the most expensive jewellery I own 😂.

Question: I’m flying long haul next week so I want some spare screwdrivers for travel. I’ve seen multiple little dupes on Amazon. They all look the same. Do they fit? I’d rather leave the official one at home as I don’t want to lose it. View attachment 6082939
Congratulations on your new bracelet, it’s beautiful! Re the screwdrivers, I bought a dupe one off ebay to carry in my purse. Looks and works exactly the same as the original so a really good alternative to use while travelling :) Enjoy your new Love!!

Hi everyone!f Ater a few years of wearing my Love bracelet non-stop, I had to remove it for the first time for surgery. Now that I’m home and it’s been about two weeks, I’ve found myself surprisingly hesitant to put it back on. While I still love the aesthetics, I’m really enjoying the freedom of not having something permanent on my wrist. Lately, I’ve been wearing a dainty D’Amour bracelet and occasionally adding my small JUC, and I’ve been loving the variety and flexibility of switching between different pieces.

Has anyone else felt this way after taking off their Love bracelet? Do you think this feeling is permanent, and I should consider selling it? Or is this just a phase, and my love for the Love bracelet will eventually come back? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I think I can feel you. Had to remove my 8 bracelets because of a surfing trip to Mexico for security reasons. It was a big shock as there definitely was something missing on my arm. Time flies by and you get accustomed to not wearing the bracelets. Now being back I also was hesitant to put them back on. Do I really want or need them? But anyway I decided to go to Cartier and get them on my arm again. Also took a few days but now it's fine.

Just wait a few months and see what your desire is. You're not in a hurry.

I mean, 1 vs 8 are verrrrry different lol

Enjoy not wearing the bracelet for a month or so before you quickly thinking you should sell it.

It’s jewelry… it’s not “forever”

I’ve had to take mine off several times for medical procedures. It does feel freeing to have them off for a bit. But then after a bit I put one or two back on and I realize that I missed having them on.

Sometimes I just don’t want anything on so I take them off. Or add/remove one or two. I know the intention is to leave them on but sometimes I need a break from having something on my wrist 24/7. But I always fall back in love with them when I put them back on.

Enjoy the freedom for a while and then put it back on when you’re ready to see how you feel. Sometimes the naked feeling feels new and you just need a little time away.

I was in the same boat, I thought I never wanted to put it back on until I actually sold it! Then I regretted it almost instantly. Thankfully my Love came back to me!
I don't know if you've seen this thread but my thoughts are on here

The prices just keep going up and up so I’d wait to sell until you’re absolutely sure bc you’ll likely be paying more to repurchase!

Hello everyone, I have plans to buy a medium or a classic love in my next trip to Europe, I have a cuff for 2 years now, which I love it! I would like to stack , but I have some questions about the tiny screwdiver with TSA (some people say the classic love turns the alarms, I know a screwdriver is not allowed on a carry on, my questions is the tiny love screwdiver is allowed? or I need to put on my checked baggage, im Little afraid they tell me to remove my bracelet and the screwdriver is on my checked.
My bracelets always set off the metal detector at the airport. TSA always asks “Can you remove your bracelets?” And I always say “No, they don’t come off”. Then they ask me to step aside for a pat down. I never take my bracelets off.

Mine almost never set it off
My DH has an opinion thinking some lines have their sensors turned up too high lol
I get pulled to the side very rarely.
I read a trick here, I assume, which is to walk almost like a mummy though security, just keeping yours arms away from your body, it seems to work.
