I think goyard’s print is pretty well known in more metro areas like nyc and dc. The St. Louis is ubiquitous (and nothing wrong with that) in at least those two cities in my experience. Either way, hasn’t stopped me! I take the white GM during summer and the black GM during the winter.

I wear a Love bracelet everyday either WG or RG, and a nice watch Cartier, AP, Rolex, Vacheron Constantin. I don't really think about it. We can tell you about the places we work, and our experiences, but I think to some degree it's about knowing your own work environment, the people you work with, and clients you might see. Are they people that aren't into those things and wouldn't know much about them anyway? Are they people who would make comments, be it complimentary, humorous, or snide/catty? Then ask yourself if you would be ok with it?

Most of my co-workers know I like nice things, I have nicer clothes, jewelry, watches, cars etc. It's not their thing, and they might joke, but it's all in good fun, never nasty or competitive.

There is one person at my office who is very competitive (house size, cars, vacations) but knows nothing about jewelry and watches. If I drive my Mercedes to work rather than that Toyota I get comments like, "Wow, its a big day if you're driving the Benz here," or "Wow, todays a Benz day!" I just ignore it because it's a bit juvenile. He'd probably go insane if I ever found out I also have a Porsche and a Ferrari! :lol:

I wear a Juste un Clou ring, Trinity ring, small Love bracelet and Tank. Wrists are mostly covered, so only the rings are visible. Nobody really knows what they are to be honest. Have had some people do a double take at my watch because the face is pink Mother of Pearl. Otherwise, had no issues. Don’t really care to be honest. Have been wearing this stack since I started at the firm.

Sadly these days, I have more concerns about safety with an armful of bling than I do with comments from coworkers. That said I wear a Love, a watch (usually my Cartier tank) and gold necklaces and have never had comments other than the rare “oh that’s pretty”. Tbh I get more comments about my LV Neverfull and questions of “is it real?” . I guess it all depends where you work and who your colleagues are. I work in finance in our city’s downtown core.

I wear all of my designer pieces every day. I have the regular love, slim love, slim juc, trinity ring, cord trinity bracelet, regular love ring, and cartier watch. I also wear my vca vintage alhambra. I enjoy it and want to wear it, I don't worry about what others think. I live in a poorer area so not many people recognize it anyways.

I think it depends on what kind of environment you're in but a simple love or JUC won't hurt your image if that's what your concern is all about. I happen to work in IT and I am mostly surrounded by men who have no clue what pieces of jewelry I wear but the women will surely make some comments here and there but mostly it's just a passing conversation and then moved on. In my experience you should stop worrying what other people will say about you. Those kind of people carry ill feeling and will always have something bad to say regardless what you wear or what you do. Focus on what makes you happy. Here's what my everyday stack looks like. The ecrou was my very last piece and to this point on I say I am done with cartier bracelets.

Great stack! You wear that 24/7? Wow!!! I love the rainbow and clash... in my wish list for 2024...after these 2 I'll be done :smile:

Hahaha yea I wear them everyday regardless what my activity is. To some it's a bit much but it doesn't bother me. The clash is my favorite to be honest its a very nice piece on its own and I love the tiny spikes as they move around.

Good for you! I'm 58 and feel the same way. There was a time when I'd be 'shy' about using my LV bags, but now I don't care. If people don't like them, or my Cartier jewelry, I don't care. I've worked too hard in my life to not appreciate the finer things in life.
