My first Cartier is Cartier vermeil which was given by my mother-law. She bought it in the early 90’s and had the strap replaced by a local shop. I would like to take it to Cartier to give it some TLC and replace the strap as well. Here’s the shot!

I like the look of the small Pave, but after a short time the clasp broke because I bumped into the edge of the table! It is pretty delicate!
Lovely! I love vintage watches and it being a gift from your mother-in-law makes it that much more special. It looks like it’s in wonderful condition, too, especially considering it’s three-plus decades old! The Panthere is such a perfect addition to your collection IMHO; I prefer Cartier’s golden watches with a leather strap and their silver-tone watches on a bracelet strap. No, I was lucky and noticed it straight away. Cartier repaired it without any fuss.
Did you size down for your small love? I have the cuff in 18 and want a small love. Should I get a 17? I don’t want them to slide or overlap each otherA little tipsy stumbling and snapping a pic in the dark. Happy weekend friends!
