I would not wear it with the watch as it looks a bit too small, on the other wrist its beautiful 
not at all, I got same size as my love bracelet , tried different sizes and this size works.

I have a regular Love and a pave Love, even though they are both size 16, but pave one is thicker than the regular. If I get Etincelle to stack with the pave, do you think I might have to go 17? I might have to go to store to really try it on. Thank you

I recently tried the Etincelle stacked between pavé and classic Love, although the pavé was the one with screw motif, not diamonds. I seem to recall the diamond motif pavé is even thicker than the screw motif pavé.
They gave me the Etincelle 16 to try with the 16 Loves. However I know some wear a 15 Etincelle with 16 Love as it sticks out a bit more than both the classic Love and screw motif pavé Love of the same size. The 16 Etincelle may just line up perfectly with your diamond motif pavé, but you probably need to try it on.
I feel like the 16 Etincelle fits like a 16.5. Since I wear my 16 Love snug fit I suspect the 15 Etincelle may be too snug, whereas it would likely work well for those wearing 16 Love loose fit.
