I think it was nickel as well as the shape crushing my ear. It’s been days and i still can’t get my regular earring inAwww that's such a disappointment. My VCA earrings are just back with the posts replaced by thinner ones.

I think bc you got the bigger love studs...they're two size...we got the small ones with silly balls..hahaOdd they aren't universal? My Love studs came with the pousette backs.
I received my smaller love hoops for my birthday in March and was so in live. When I wore them my ears turned red, started hurting a bit and I felt like a tiny bit of fluid coming out. After some research I guess (and luckily was true) that the post of the cartier earring were slightly thicker than my old ones and that is why the ear reacted first time after getting them done about 30 years ago. I just kept them in day and night and would disinfect them daily. After a week it was all fine and healed.Sadly the earring had to be returned. My ear wouldn’t stop being in pain. I really wanted to keep it!
I tried for two weeks. My ear finally healed after returning them two weeks ago. I really wanted them to workI received my smaller love hoops for my birthday in March and was so in live. I have the small ones since my birthday beginning of March and wear them 24/7. I was a bit afraid of getting the hair stuck but actually it hardly happens. The way the design is, it is almost a full hoop with the earlobe once worn.Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. I love Cartier earrings. Do you find the smaller hoops get hair stuck in them? That seems to happen a lot with the JUC earrings so I only wear my hair pulled back when I wear them.
Does anyone have the Cartier Trinity earrings, and could show them "in action". I really love them but still need to see them and would love to hear your experience wearing them?

Hello everyone,
can someone tell me if the small Trinity hoops are angled so that they show best on each ear (basically if there’s a left and right earring) ? I have the small Love hoops where it's the case and I love them, but I was curious about the small Trinity.
Thank you in advance !
I mean these : https://www.cartier.com/fr-fr/boucl...372685655706694.html#dept=EU_Earrings_TrinityWhat do you mean by small, what do you mean by L & R?
The Trinity Hoop secured by a butterfly B8017100 are not L + R except the colours will flow outwards or inwards as a pair. So depending why you're asking, it's a no, OR a yes.
If you want to replace one earring, you will have to find a specific side.
The Trinity earrings (80083231) are angled (post and integral clip) and have a definite L + R (I think the model on the Cartier site is wearing them incorrectly)
