May I asked do it feel secure with back butterfly than screw ball?
My one it on progress.
They try to change me money.
The problem I had with the screw ball was i would drop them by accident on the floor and it would be so hard to find them. TI have wood floors and the ball would sometimes roll randomly. Also, the hole of it is small, it took awhile to screw it. The butterfly backing is so much better and pretty secure.
Show them the website and tell them it says it's complimentary. Make sure they don't charge you.

I just wait for the response from cartier after I have shown them it complimentary and also the policy.

Even I have forwarded them a police and thier websites.
I'm base in UK.
Please if you are not mind , so do you have any documents that I can proof that clients already was done the repair.
It became very frustrating for me now.

So I just bee stubborn and said am done and so disappointed and left with frustration. And want my earrings to be returned.
They got back to me yesterday.
And will do as requested adjust and repaired for me now , and it took up to 2 months.
So I am so please .now just have to wait.

After email back and forth. And I'm giving asked to return earring back to me.and left with disappointed and frustrated.
They agreed to adjust/ repair for me without charge.

YEH!!! Great news. Congrats!! hee hee Please share when you get them back. Just curious to see if they're the butterfly backings they changed into. That's what I got. I was hoping for the other kind but it's fine.

Yeah, am so please they not charge me for it. Now just waiting time.
On the document that I have to sign to get work done it says remove old post. supply,fit with new post replacement of the alpa to be supplied and fitted.
Will update again.

Anyone else notice their ears hot and red when wearing the 18k gold earrings or is it just me…
It's either an allergic reaction or the posts are too thick or too tight causing too much pressure on your earlobes. Please remove and let it recover first and then I would suggest a visit to your nearest store if possible. My SAs (Cartier/ VCA) have always identified the problems and solved them for me.
