Hi ! Just bought a small panthere via SA and got it shipped but didn’t come with authenticity card. Did you just ask your SA to send one or can you go to any boutique and get it?

I reached out to their customer service and they reached out to my SA and he called me and had it shipped to me

Are there 2 different types of certificates that someone might receive for a Love bracelet? I’ve seen some that seem to be a general COA, while another look like they’re created specifically for the Love collection. Are both types issued? When is one issued versus another?

All mine look the same regardless of Love, Panthère or other items. The envelope, however, is different either cardboard or paper.

I bought a love bracelet from the eboutique back in February this year and it came with a generic COA, not one with any LOVE specification.

Yes my love certificate from Cartier online does say love in the wordings .

Actually, the online purchases came with red cardboards before but the boutique purchase came in an envloupe. I expected the cardboard though, Should I ask the SA in the store to give me one...?

Yes you can do that. Got 5 of mine with the envelope - all the online orders came with them. No issues in asking but sometimes they run out of these nice cardboard ones.

Mine came in a red cardboard folder, which was then tucked into a white envelope that says "Cartier Certificat/Certificate" on the outside.
