Oh my goodness. That’s is so unfortunate. I am so sorry that happened to you. I just went to look at my Carmel (it’s been in its dust bag for a few months). I don’t think it’s discolored but I’m not sure as in some lighting it doesn’t look at creme colored as it did. But I’m not sure if I’m now looking for there to be discoloration where there might not be. I need to have an objective eye look at it.

Can someone with the black version please post mod shots and photos of the interior? I’m obsessing and I need a fix lol but seriously I can’t go to store because of covid and I can’t find many pics online

I have no color transfer on my light colored mahina leather. Collonil leaves no scent, no residue, and does not change the look or feel of the leather. Try it on something inexpensive first if you have doubts. I’ve used it on the lightest most delicate lambskin. I put it on every bag and suede shoes.

I do the same... my SA at Mulberry initially recommended Collonil to me when I purchased a nubuck Bayswater bag there a few years ago, been using Collonil on all my bags and shoes ever since. It's easy to find on Amazon.

Ok I did order an inexpensive organizer from Amazon. It helps, but it is not custom made to fit the tapered shape, because I carry mine cinched. I do think it will help me stay better organized, and I will keep looking for one that is made for this bag.
