If its within your 14 days and you lost the receipt they can look you up in the system.

That's why they ask for your name at time of purchase.

Yep! 14 day return/exchange policy. I purchased a Poche Toilette cosmetic case at the 5th Ave. LV and within the 2 week time, I was in Vegas staying at Caesars and exchanged it (unused) for a belt - without a receipt even! They had my purchase information in their computer system. They were very nice about the exchange! Served us bottled water while we waited.....very nice!

You have 14 days to return to LV and they give you the refund on the credit card you used to buy it. They won't give you cash refund if thats what you are looking for. Elux gives you 60 days to return things also.

In the USA, they will give you 14 days for a refund. After that you get store credit that's only good for one year. And don't be offended if they inspect the bag. They're only verifying that it's authentic and that it hasn't been used.

LV has a 14 day return policy. Each individual store has the ability to make an exception if the return is past the 14 days, it all depends on which store and the SA/manager. Hope this helps.
