In france too!! you can pay up to $300 000 if the customs find some fake on you (LV, Cartier, Chanel, Hermes and other french brand), and up to 3 years in prison. There is a big poster right before you pass by the customs. They stopped me the last time i went to france at the charles de gaule airport. They checked if my mono keepall was real.

i imagined on the training, the lesson is more fashionable training than physical training. :roflmfao:

well, if u do not know it is fake, i don't think u should be fined or placed in jail since u didn't know.. but if u did... i guess, i can see the logic to that..

You can't be arrested in the States for buying fakes, but you can be arrested if you're selling them. Many parts of Europe are a different story. If you even are found to be possessing fakes, you're subject to having the fakes confiscated and stiff fines.

remember reading that you can get arrested if you own more than 1 fake bag. I have no idea why it's more than 1. Selling is a no brainer

Basically, its like drugs, over a certain quanitity you can be arrested as a dealer as opposed to just a user. although I'm sure it much more techincal & legal-jargon full than that :D
