Re the black inclusion? I'm pretty fair skinned, and I don't have the bangle, but I do have the black ring, and I think it looks good.

To be honest, I didn't even try the bangles, because I have quite large hands and I didn't want to be shamed by trying one and not having a hope of getting it over my huge knuckles!!! *eek* !!

They are lovely though, and I think the black ones do tend to stand out more....
