Can these be salvaged..Help!

I made the mistake of wearing my Miller sandals after spraying my foot with Off insect repellant. I let the spray dry/absorb before slipping them on, but I still got these black marks on the vachetta [emoji22].

Can they be cleaned or am I out of luck?! Should I take them to a professional or is there a leather cleaner I should try first?

You can try saddle soap but with the bug spray being a chemical I'm not sure if it'll help much. It looks like it's just the sole that's marked, does your foot cover it?
I'd still wear them, they're a beautiful color!

Once oil gets into leather I don't think it can be saved. If it's on the insole I wouldn't worry about it but if it does bother you, you can always have them redyed.

Yes, it’s mainly the sole and two toe prints lol. It’s covered up when I wear them, just breaks my heart when I take them off [emoji17]
