Can SA not get items that are on H.com?

My SA has been able to order items in from H.com for RTW as long as my desired size is available online when I’m in store. It seems to work fine with RTW but if I show him a pair of orans I don’t think he can… I think it depends on the item/department… Would be good to know if that part is true or not could vary between countries. Ps they can have the item delivered to the store or your home, I do to my home delivery as it’s more convenient for me!
I'm pretty sure the SA's have access to the H.com inventory too. Both of my SA's in Paris and US have helped me order shoes from H.com before, the shoes would be shipped directly to my house/hotel room or to the boutique for pick-up. But if the size is sold out online then they can do inventory check on the phone to see if they can arrange a charge send from another boutique that has my size in stock. I've purchased 5 different styles of shoes that way.

Ahhh maybe it’s different in the UK at the moment. I.e, a pair of shoes available in Manchester but he can’t do a charge send because each store wants to sell their own limited stock - he said it was totally fine pre pandemic so maybe it will be normal soon! But so far with RTW I’ve had no problems as long as the size is available

I think charge send can be tricky due to the reason that you've mentioned. Both of my SA's have worked at different H boutiques before so most likely they have connections at other locations that make it easier for them to initiated charge send. I did have one cancelled order because the SA there sold the twilly to a local client on the same day when my SA placed the order for me. Ordering items straight from the H.com inventory is definitely way more convenient and straightforward though.
