Can SA not get items that are on H.com?

ditto! I believe the SAs get commission too when they order things online. It's similar to when they do transfers from other stores because inventories differ
Same to me. I placed multiple orders with her while I was in store and she rung up those transactions in different system. Even the cc machine is different and I’ve never been charged any shipping fees.
 
like you guys, I try to ask my SA to order/locate the items I want by sending him the website. He often tells me to just buy online, he is too busy for phone order. Have anyone get that and get that this often? I got that when asking for scarves, twillies, self care like shampoo.
 
My SA hasn’t had a problem ordering items for me from H’s site.

Do you want the items even if it doesn’t count towards your pre-spend? If so, sounds like you need to go ahead and order it for yourself.
 
My SA will ty to find anything. Sometimes it’s on line, on the H.com site, sometimes he says we need a search and transfer. sometimes he says it was in the warehouse (I have no idea what that is lol, but I’m picturing Aladdin’s treasure cave, and sometimes he says okay, but give me a while, or no can do. I’ve not had to prepay to secure, but some other members here report that they do. I think @Chrismin recently posted that her SA would like to source things for her so she doesn’t have to order from site? I assume mine is of like mind, since he never said, no, I cannot do it, so you should order on the site. But, I usually group stuff together into a bigger order for sake of efficiency On both his end and mine.

SA can place an order if he/she wants to, so perhaps your SA doesn’t want to do that for you. If I were you, I would just order it online, I mean you already asked your SA and he/she didn’t sound accommodating at all.

I’ve never had any problem with my SA for online order as well. But I do notice she usually place the online order with me when im in store. When i texted her some items, she will say she will keep an eye out. And when i come in to see her she will bring that up and place the online order for me, with me there. So maybe you can ask him again when you see him in store to order for you?

I don’t have a SA in Chicago but would love to have someone get credit for online orders. I don’t desire a H bag right now (remodeling), but if I want one later I don’t think it would hurt to have some history. I also don’t have much interest in buying what’s in store to buy. I prefer to look online and get what I really want.

Do you online orders count toward brand loyalty? I understand they don’t count toward qb spend. I’m asking because I don’t live near H boutique. I order about $5k/yr online. Just recently started traveling to store. (Made 3 store visits, spent $7k on hw, belts, shoes) in past month. Should I only purchase in store now with same SA when I’m able to travel? I’m so confused by all this. Thank you for any insight.

Yes, you should only purchase from your SA going forward for best results to a bag offer. Each individual store is in competition with all the others for sales quotas and bonuses, thus bag offers are ”rewards” from the store, not the brand and loyalty is everything (*in the USA).

My SA has been able to order items in from H.com for RTW as long as my desired size is available online when I’m in store. It seems to work fine with RTW but if I show him a pair of orans I don’t think he can… I think it depends on the item/department… Would be good to know if that part is true or not could vary between countries. Ps they can have the item delivered to the store or your home, I do to my home delivery as it’s more convenient for me!

My SA has ordered shoes from the website for me while I was in store easily. Not specifically Orans but I’m not sure why that would matter. Perhaps he knows the Orans will be in stock at the store soon and wants you to buy that way instead?

Hmm maybe it was based on the shoe style… will have to ask next time I’m in store. He couldn’t even request a transfer for a different pair of shoes from another store as the boutiques in the UK try to keep stock to themselves as everything is so in demand atm. No idea but I guess time will tell for me :)
