How about a Carryall (maybe too big for every-day use, but perfect as a work/gym/weekend bag). I find the Speedy too feminine (for my taste). There are loads of nice masculine looking LV bags out there. Go to your local boutique and discover!

I know I'm in the minority but I say no. To me it just looks like a feminine bag and there are plenty of LV bags designed for men so why waste your money if it doesn't compliment you. After looking at the photos the larger ones may get by but the smaller ones are just too petite.
Yea, I think the speedy works well for a guy if it's big enough. 40 sounds good. Anything smaller may look like it's someone else's bag you're carrying for them.
For you, though, you sound like you have your heart on the keepall and you're "settling" for a speedy. $700 or so is too expensive to spend on a bag you're settling for. I'd save up for the keepall.

I really don't understand why a bag must obligatorily belong to a category. It's like some people feel shocked because the others don't look like them and aren't normal ! I really need some explains from them, because I think that everybody should wear what he wants !
I would say no but Howardu09 makes it look so damn nice. Another option is the carryall 45. I love that one and I can totally see it on a guy.

I don't like Keepall 45 as a everyday bag, it's too big, at least for me (I'm not very tall) I think you should get a Speedy 40, just add a luggage tag and stay away from charms, bandeaus and keychains and anything too girly
You can browse the man catalog too, but there's no bags at $735 that can hold as much as a Speedy, maybe save $100 extra and get a Beaubourg, but messenger styles are much more expensive than a Speedy (Maybe that's why so many man in the forum are considering getting one, there are not as many options for man under $1000 as for woman)
