jag, your right Lisa H. at Neimans Troy is an amazing girl. The funny part is I know Lisa for years but only over the phone. A couple of years ago I was calling around different Neimans looking for a Chanel bag and Lisa helped me. After that I called Lisa for all my Chanel bags. I've been working with Lisa for years, highly recommend her.
