I don't know if this will end up helping or not, but it can't hurt! She was just seen in a dress that has pleating, a collar, and fabric that are the same as in the first top you posted. The new pics are everywhere, so if you find out who makes the dress, you might be able to find the first top.

The 3/4 sleeve top is JCrew. I own it in white and purple. There is elastic at the sleeve that gives it a little fullness. I bought mine a few months ago and I doubt it is still available.

I just realized I bought it back in October. Best bet is to keep your eye on the JCrew outlets. They get past season merchandise.
