I don't think that is an issue. There are side pieces, gussets, that hold everything in when you open it. Check out the pictures on the first page of this thread.

I purchased this bag in October, used it at least 3 days a week since, and I don't have this issue

Both! And I find it works well either way, which I can't say for many of my other bags

Always with the strap. My lifestyle does not allow for hand-carried bags. [emoji4]

How much does the bag weigh? I have found a UK site ( www.fashionette.co.uk) that lists the weight as 1.36 kg which is approx. 3 lbs. If that's correct then it's definitely much heavier than I thought.

I got the Laural Frame Bag in Midnight Navy. The leather is luxury and I'm intrigued with this style. It reminds me of doctor bag.
One side of the bag is perfect, the other side is a bit uneven. Do you think it's normal? Shall I exchange it?

A little closer up. I almost never did mod shots in my life. Just once before on the Marc Jacobs board, but I just turned 70, and I am getting bolder.
