I just got my bag in the mail and am SO disappointed. The leather at the top over the magnetic doesn't line up and overlaps and buckles. I don't know whether to return or exchange in the hopes of getting a better one. This bag is way too expensive to have this kind of quality control issue.

I just got my bag in the mail and am SO disappointed. The leather at the top over the magnetic doesn't line up and overlaps and buckles. I don't know whether to return or exchange in the hopes of getting a better one. This bag is way too expensive to have this kind of quality control issue.
 
So, the Oxblood Laural that I had picked up at my local store was returned today. While taking a closer look at it once home, there was a huge scratch on the bottom of the bag that was not anything that could be fixed. I ordered a new Laural which arrived yesterday. However, I have now decided that this one is also going back. Again, after closer inspection, there were several flaws in the leather....some spots where the dye did not take fully saturate then other very noticeable scratches. I also noticed something that I knew overtime would bother me. The leather tabs that are at the top, which I think they may have put there so you could pull it open, and really aren't necessary, fold up when you're carrying it with a longer strap. I'm not carrying it crossbody but it does hit me at the hip. When carried like that that leather tab catches on my pants and by the end of the day, it would most definitely be turned up. All of this makes me feel the need to return it. Just sharing my experience since I was looking for others to share their's when I was considering purchasing.

I am so sorry to hear this! Mine arrived yesterday and it is absolutely perfect!! I really wish they would be more consistent with quality control. I've been in your shoes with other brands before and it is very frustrating:(

It's okay. I anticipated having an issue so I had ordered the Rogue 25 in Oxblood also. That's the keeper!
