GoyardGirl, I purchased a St.Louis from Barneys last May (less than 1 year of use). I noticed that the sealant on the handles are cracking. How can I get my bag repaired? Thanks so much for your help!
Hi goyard girl, I hope people won't think I am spamming. I have been asking the same question in other threads, hoping for someone to answer me. I just purchased a new croisiere 35. When my friend compared it to hers, she noticed that the side buttons have small logos in them and the zipper inside is smaller than the one outside. I bought it from an online seller. But I am quite confident because I paid for the bag in their office and picked up the bag in their house in an exclusive village. Still, I am worried because there are so many good replicas out there.

No need to worry the Croisiere I purchased from GSF in 2008 has the same features as yours the Goyard logo on the side buttons and a slightly smaller zipper on the interior pocket than the exterior zippers. HTH-DD
Hi! Can anyone tell me if there is some kind of serial numbers or date code on Goyard Jeanne PM? I tried to google and find out and coudn't find any info, I did find that the larger GM size has some kind of serial numbers on them. Also, it does not say where the bag was made anywhere? Please help!!!
HI GOYARDGIRL, i have a Goyard St. Louis PM in black tan. My concern is that it does not have a serial number stamped on either the pochette or the strap. Is it possible for an authentic goyard not to have a serial no? I hope you can help me! thanks!
hi hope you cud help me.. i bought 2 goyard st. louis pm from 2 different people and both of the bags have same serial number (SUT20077) is it posible that goyard bags could have same serial numbers? a friend of mine said that all St Louis PM have same serail number so does the GM is this true? thanks so much

I just had a black/black St. Louis PM shipped to me from Bergdorf Goodman in NYC, and it doesn't have a serial number in the little wallet either. I did notice "Made in France" heat stamped soooo tiny on the black leather trim in the middle of the main compartment of the purse.
The serial number should be on the underside of the strap that goes over the ring of the little pochett.

Maybe not all goyards have serial numbers.
Noooo...Goyard does not do serial numbers. Each bag is referred to by it's name. If someone is trying to sell you a bag with a serial number claiming it's authentic it definitely is not!!
There is no way to repair the handles...your only option is to ship it to France to have the handles replaced. This is a 3 month process to get your bag back and it can be costly. The bags to wear over time- it's normal for the handles or the corners to start to wear a bit with time.

I was wondering the same thing because the 2 Fidjis I bought recently has the same number as your St. Louis, SUT020077. I bought the bags online and the seller claims it is authentic.
I have 2 Fidjis as well. One purchased at Barneys last year and one from Bergdorf this year (went a little crazy when they were discontinued) and both have a serial number stamped on the underside of the leather tag at the inside top. It is formatted like yours, aileen_24, with 3 letters and 6 numbers. The codes are identical except for the last two digits; I have no idea how to decode a Goyard stamp but I would imagine the last 2 differentiate the colors.
