Claudette2, thank you for the compliments! The center stone is 2.01ct, E, VVS2 RBC. vbmenu_register("postmenu_2083483", true); I am still looking for the perfect wedding band to go with it. Since diamonds eat diamonds, I can't get anything with shared-prong setting  Still searching...

^Have you thought of a bead set eternity band, like the Tiffany novo, or the Legacy band, which is also bead set, but with milgrain edges. These styles are delicate looking because they use smaller diamonds, but they still sparkle like mad, and look so beautiful all alone. I bet either of those would look fantastic next to your ring, and match the diamond detailing on the sides. Beautiful ring!

Wow! Everyone's rings are so gorgeous. I guess I am in the minority with the gold bands. My engagment band was originally in platinum and was converted to gold (Mom is old school and encouraged my then-fiance-now-husband to do it). I'm glad too because it suits my skin tone. T he ring is 1.2 carats and the bands are each .50 carats. I wish I could rock a larger engagment ring, but as you can see I was cursed with short chubby fingers. :push:

Just realized that on all my months wedding planning on TheKnot, I never once posted my e-ring pic up! :)

I'm not a jewelry person so I don't know the details of carat size or cut, etc; I think the e-ring is almost two carats if you count the center and the ones on the side; I don't remember how many for the wedding band. (Heck, I don't even know my ring size, my DH ended up guessing perfectly!)
