Don't worry, I bought something off MK (USA) and it came with some scratches that ended up bothering me too much. I told them I wanted a refund or exchange. Since it was on sale, they gave me a refund. The representative sent me to warranty first which made the whole thing confusing. Right away tell them it isn't a warranty issue, it's a quality one. They'll be quick to help you out with the return.
Ooh I love when they are wrapped! I've never had a floor model come from MK, which is such a relief. Can't wait to see your pictures!

So, I can officially no longer view michaelkors.com on my computer, as soon as I type it in it automatically redirects me to .ca....so I can't compare colours anymore

Sometimes you can select the country. On the computer there should be an option either on the top right or left. You should be able to switch between countries. I'm on my phone but I'll look around later on today.

try clearing your history, cookies etc... that maybe why? i believe i still can, you try a different browser.
Michaelkors.ca is advertising this 30% off summer kickoff sale as well, although what they are showing on the site as sale items has barely changed since they launched the Canadian version of the site.

They are most definitely not utilizing the site to it's fullest capability, which is too bad, not everyone can get into a store!
