Lowest setting, wave it back and forth over the area, apply some pressure from behind the canvas to smooth out the wrinkles. As it cools, the wrinkles will definitely be less noticeable. I find the light/white canvas is much thinner so it doesn't take much. For thicker canvas, just more time and go slow.

Update. I got my replacement in. It’s much better. Only got one wrinkle, the strap stitching is better too. The canvass still feels thin to me. But that’s a whole other topic lol. Happy with this one and will keep. Took her out today with just the large pouch and I love it. I see so many uses for this bag for sure.

I got a mist mpa and there was sth wrong with all 3 components:

large pochette-zipper doesn’t close all the way, about one cm at the end that stayed open due to the way the bag was stitched on the sides.

smaller pochette-the side stitching was croaked, very obviously croaked.

coin purse-the big flower was off centered lol

I guess this artisan wasn’t very good. Got my 2nd one, only complaint is the zipper starts later than the rest of the fabric if that makes sense. So the opening to get in is a tad smaller in the large pochette. I guess this is something I can live with.

At least you were able to find a 2nd Multi-PA in better shape than the 1st !! The pain with this bag style is that all 3 pieces need to be quality-made. If one of the pieces on the set isn't up to the standard, it makes it difficult to justify the ridiculous price of this bag. :doh:

Totally agree with you! Hopefully the blue one I’m waiting on is in decent shape!

I went to the store for a BTP Neverfull in mist. The first bag they showed me had several wrinkles/dents throughout the canvas- to the point that the bag looked really shop-worn. Fortunately, they had another in the back that was in great shape. I’m not overly picky about stitching etc- but i definitely want my brand new bag to look brand new.

3rd time is the charm for me. When one of my CAs sent me a pic of the blue neverfull, it had a lot of dents and wrinkles. Honestly it was a bit of a turn off. I went to the other store in my city. Looking forward to checking out their stock. Blue is my fave color so was really excited to get it thinking the first bag was just a fluke. 2nd time aint better. There were some dents that I dont know how I would be able to smooth out of I got it. The wonderful CA that helped understood and ordered me a different one. Got it today. It still got a couple wrinkles and a slight misalignment of the flower on the side seams. Nothing that I cannot live with. Currently stuffed with a couple towels to reshape and straighten. Whoever packed it, selected a tad too small of a box that made the top part of the bag curl up a bit on one side.

Before Christmas, they were short on proper-sized boxes. I'm wondering if this is temporarily the case, or just careless pkging on their part. Mine arrived in a similar way...never ever happened before. :hrmm: Glad u found a better bag !

Yeah me too since it was sight unseen, luck of the draw. Took her out today since it was nice and sunny. Getting used to the big bag again and my first neverfull.
