Maybe to give it a slouchier appearance?
Do u think? Still like it but it seems unbalanced compared to the regular mono Diane.

This is why I opted out of the denim Diane. As much as I love the idea of it, I think the vachetta corner tabs without the vachetta trimming looks a little odd to me.

I would have liked it better either as it is but without the vachetta corner tabs, or with the tabs plus vachetta trimming.

My style is casual. That’s why I am interested in denim bag but haven’t pull the trigger because of the price. It’s more expensive than canvas.
So I need to convince my self that it’s a durable material..
For me I'm leaning more towards the men's denim. I want a thicker heavier material which I saw with Chanel and even Dior denim handbags. If you rotate your bags regularly there shouldn't be a problem extending the life of a designer denim bag.

This bag has the vachetta on the bottom.
I love the Dauphine but I have it in TMxMC and that big buckle is fussy! I ordered Diane, but I’m disappointed there’s no leather trim like the classic Diane in mono. I’ll probably keep it cuz I do love the straps!! 😜😍

I am a big denim LV bag fan. I have several. They are incredibly durable…a true workhorse. I’ve never had one rip or fray on the outside. The interior microfiber is prone to wear much more than the denim. But I think that’s true on all LV bags.

Additionally, I get more compliments on my denim than I do any of my other LV bags by a long shot. It’s the casual elegance that catches people’s eye, I think. I think they go well with a ‘less is more’ personal style.

It is the same problem for me. I use to buy only LV empreinte leather bags. So I'm a little worried about the durability of Diane in denim

Ya I get it. LV prices are so high now. Hopefully I like the bag once received and I’ll post photos.

Thank you for responding to me. Last week I saw a lady carry LV denim carryall and I can’t take my eyes off her bag. I hope I don’t make her uncomfortable.
I am thinking to get something for my birthday, so maybe I will get denim bag. It will my first, so I need to see it in store first to get the feeling. Let’s see how it goes.. :graucho:
