For the denim Neverfull to me it looks like it would need a bag shaper. I'm not too crazy about a soft tote bag. Now these denim colors looks darker. The more I see the Pouchette Valley I'm seeing an updated Pleaty shape.

I really like the Diane and love the darker denim but that neverfull unstructure would bug me…

Other non stock photos posted in this thread shows the lighter color denim. I love the dark blue denim also. This for me I would need to see in person. I remember the back and forth with the hardware on the Neverfull that was light color grey and pictures was showing the hardware as light gold and it was silver. The camera and lighting throws off colors tremendously.

I was able to see the new denim bags and brought the Diane home today! Both the denim and the vachetta straps are so nice and thick. Thinking it looks kind of cool with a charm too.

There was never a thin tube of vachetta on the front bottom of any stock photos posted throughout this thread. All the photos showed the small vachetta on the front corners of the bag.

I used to have the mini pleaty (denim) which I bought new when it came out. I wore it a ton. No issues. At some point (years later) I sold it. I’ve ordered the pochette valley which kinda reminds me of it a little bit but looks like I can use the pochette crossbody as strap detachable.

My style is casual. That’s why I am interested in denim bag but haven’t pull the trigger because of the price. It’s more expensive than canvas.
So I need to convince my self that it’s a durable material..
