Burberry - custom bag engravings ?

Hello, I thought I'd query the hive mind here. I just bought pre loved a gorgeous Burberry Little Crush bag probably circa 2012 or 2013 or thereabouts. Surprisingly to me, on the inner metal tag under the brand engraving there's a "made for" engraving as well - with their full name. As if the bag were made or engraved custom for a particular person. Is this a thing that Burberry does or did for its bags ?
