Glad I got my watercolor one as I find the bumbag style so practical, I wear mine crossbody on my front side mainly. It's disappointing to hear they will discontinue the mono bumbag as I was thinking I'd grab one later in the year, around my birthday. You do kinda forget you're wearing it sometimes, which means I personally find it very comfy to rock. No problems with mine so far.

I purchased the empreinte bumbag in noir back in September of 2021 and use it religiously, I don't baby this bag at all. I used it throughout the CA winter and it still looks brand new. Even the microfiber interior with it being a golden yellow/mustard color is is pretty pristine. Just wanted to share that the leather bumbags are still great !

I am so disappointed about this! I’m hoping it is to re-release with improvements.
This bag was on my wishlist for so long and couldn’t get the monogram version that I finally bit the bullet and paid extra for the vachetta MWT version. I bought it 2 days before the price increase, thankfully! I’m impatiently waiting its arrival!
A lot of people think this bag had its moment, but I see a lot of brands making bumbag-style bags nowadays that I’m hoping it stays stylish for a few years longer

Congrats on your soon to be bumbag! I think it will remain stylish because there will always be a need to be hands free at times. I ordered the bag through my CA the day right before the price increase. My ETA is 3/31/22. Do you mind if I ask yours? I’m crossing fingers no delays and that there will be nothing wrong with it.

Hmm.. good question. I placed my order online and not in store so on my account I can only see that it is “in preparation” but have not yet received an ETA. Although, I have heard of others receiving their bags a few weeks before the given ETA. I’m hoping no delays or issues as well!!

Yes they will either discontinue bags, release more expensive versions or increase the price x10. Most bags displayed in store are also non-canvas or the more expensive canvas bags

It's true. I don't see many monograms in my store. Even the SAs are not keen on selling them as they are viewed as less expensive/ entry level pieces. I remember walking into my local store with something monogram pre-pandemic, and the SAs flat out ignored me. They were so snobbish.

If wanted to buy all leather, super expensive bags, I prefer Hermes.
