Hi everyone! I own this bag and I'm having a problem with the long thick strap attachment. Everytime I carry it with the thick strap, the strap always falls off. I've checked the attachment clip and it doesnt seem to have anything wrong with it? I can't explain how it keeps detaching and falling off.... It usually happens when i bend over while carrying the bag crossbody, or when I sit and stand up again. Does anyone with this bag or bag with similar attachment have this odd issue?

Wanted to share this beauty.
The entire bag including the sides and under are covered with crystals.
The bag is holding up well and I have used it several times since purchasing it last Oct.
Do see my IG reel id interested, it's truly to gorgeous to be missed.
However my Mary katranzou x Bvlgari bag, I sent it in 3 times for repairs as the handles are loose and makes the most irritating sound.
They couldn't do anything and returned the bag in original condition.

Seems the quality is hit or miss.
Some of their bags are design over function and
Prices of Bvlgari leather goods have gotten out of hand.
Also some of their seasonal designs and colours can look very dated, choose wisely!
For the hardware that looks very yellow are indeed plated with 24k.
Anyone interested in Bvlgari bags should wait for Mary Katranzou's release in October after her appointment as accessories' creative director.
I am waiting to see what she does and I am open to get one but will be tough to rival this crystal version.
Sorry to hear about your quality issues. Others here on TPF have mentioned similar quality issues with their Bvlgari bags as well. The Bvlgari Serpenti bags that I have are all older and, thankfully, so far have held up well. I was interested in getting one of the crystal Serpenti ones but was wary of doing so as I've heard about their increase in quality issues in the last few years and Bvlgari's lackluster after-care service.
Can you hide/remove the strap on your black crystal Serpenti bag if you want to use it as a clutch or will it always be visible across the top of the bag?
Do you mind saying how much you paid for your black crystal Serpenti bag?
I can't remember the exact price but I found this for reference.
My bag has sold out in many countries and the new edition is significantly much higher in price.
It came in two sizes and mine is the larger version.
It's really gorgeous, reference is 293463.
The bag cannot be used as a clutch however by removing the strap but you can release the clasp and extend the length of the strap if required.

Was at this Bulgari event held at my local store today and picked up this baby! I couldn’t resist 
Needed a “little white bag” and this one hit the spot at just the right price point (came to ~$3.1k incl of taxes)!
No modelling/real life pictures yet but I’ll definitely post when I get around to it
