Brushed Finish Love Bracelet

Hi friends, this is now on the Cartier web site in the US. It ranges from sizes 15 to 22. I have not seen 22 advertised for bracelets before, which makes me think they imagine a lot of men with larger wrists are likely to be part of the market for this as well.

I honestly like it more than the regular one. The only think I worry about is I think that the brushed one will look “worse” once it’s aged more so than the regular one. But to be honest I don’t really care for the regular love all that much. I think the pave love will be the only love I actually purchase (currently saving for it).
I love this but I have heard from doing a lot of research that brushed finished gold actually shows scratches worse than polished. Maybe it's because the scratches would almost remove the brush and show the shine underneath where as shiny gold doesn't automatically turn dull if the scratches are faint enough?
Yep this is what my SA tells me. The scratches on the old version usually blend in with each other over time and the bracelet stays shiny. But that won’t happen on the brushed version—the scratches will show and you can’t get them buffed either.
22 was a special order size, might be something they are doing for more inclusive sizing. Might see it roll out more?
See my reply a few pages back, the polishing on the brushed finish is something I'm very curious about.
At first, I didn't like the brushed finish but with these pics, I do like it. I'll try them in person to get a feel if it a strong like or love!
I'm not sure it would be any different than the brushed finish on a Rolex, which gets polished back to new looking with a service.
I went in on Friday to see the bracelet. I tried on the yellow gold. Loved it immediately stacked with my small Love in yellow gold. I am horrible with pictures or I would attach some. Bought it with no hesitation and today my hubby put it on for me. The different looking texture looks great with the polished Love and in the sunshine my hubby and I both agreed it had a luminosity that we loved. Even though I protect my bracelets when working out, housework and gardening, I don’t worry about scratches, they don’t bother me, so I am not concerned if I end up with some.
