Brushed Finish Love Bracelet

Curious what they will do with the original.

I asked if they would buff out the inside or melt it down. The Manager said they mark it as damaged and discard it? Sounds crazy to me when they could just melt it down and recast it.

I fell in love with the brushed finish the first time I saw it! Bought the white gold one while in Tokyo. It’s my first Cartier piece and I love it. I love that it’s a little different from the classic Love bracelet (which is gorgeous too!)

Update- I had the bracelet engraved and it came back fully polished. I was offered a brand new bracelet (which I accepted), and we’re attempting engraving again, but with a note to not polish. Not sure if anyone else has thought about engraving the new bracelet, so I thought I would update everyone.

Just to confirm this was a brushed bracelet before they repolished it? I’m surprised they didn’t refinish it with a brushed finish, if they felt the need to do anything.

Yes, it was a brand new brushed bracelet that was refinished smooth.

So I stand corrected. I got to try this on in Athens and it's pretty cool. I don't think I will buy one but I did quite like it. View attachment 5849475

I like that it almost has a champagne gold tone.

Checked out the Yellow Gold Brushed bracelet (in the middle). Looks very nice in person (WG looks very nice too). I see it as a versatile piece and could go well stacked or on its own. For reference, the other love bracelet is Rose Gold (mine looks close to yellow gold at this point).

Hi, did you mean the brushed finish? The normal finish is typically a shiny, polished look.
