I guess I'm in the minority - I thought the dress was too loose at the top, the bust seams were weird and looked puckered in all the close-up photos, and this modest scalloped neckline was a bit too old-fashioned. I also didn't think the belt or whatever the detail was at the waist looked like it belonged on the same dress as the neckline. With all that money and a model's body I thought she could have done better.


You're not alone. I'm not a fan either. Kind of reminded me of my MIL's nightgown from the front. It didn't have a "WOW" factor for me.
 
I came here to post this (my article did say it was a horse accident). I mean, maybe next time write an announcement that does not sound like domestic violence?
Domestic violence seems like a bit of a stretch. That never even crossed my mind reading the announcement. She could have incurred injuries of that nature slipping in the bath, falling down stairs - incidents that happen on a daily basis in homes everywhere, and particularly in older people. Remember Bob Saget's bizarre fatal accident in his hotel room?

ETA, accident may have been a better word to use than incident.
