On deciding their future abode, the couple plans to establish their new nest in Cheshire upon tying the knot, specifically in the opulent Eaton Hall country estate near Chester - part of the Duke's extensive holdings. This rural hideaway is also set to play host to the wedding party following the formalities at the Cathedral.

Eaton Hall is basically the family home. It's about 15 -20 minutes from Chester.

That open back is a nice twist on an otherwise classic gown. I do think with these very formal weddings the real looker is usually the reception dress.

I agree, I usually prefer the reception dress, but that's because beading is more my thing than lace..I wonder if there will be one though, if her train is detachable?

They were teal, her something blue. I agree with the clunkyness, not a fan either.

Yeah, not a fan of the shoes. My something blue was my engagement ring with diamonds and saphires.

Yeah..I wish I knew the logic of this choice. Actually, up close I like them, and they look less clunky, but they seem at odds with the fluid, soft dress. I understand why she didn’t want a stiletto or ballet flat, but I think even a lighter colour would have been less noticeable.

Ok up close I do love the shoes, except for the chunky heel. They could have been a kitten heel and been so much better, but I love the bows. The color concept is a good idea for her something blue, but I would have gone with a lighter shade of blue when her dress is so soft, delicate, and feminine.
