^^ I never wear pearls--I think they're too conservative for me. Does she wear any currently? Pearls are inexpensive gems, so the price on the bracelet doesn't really make sense to me, even though it's Tiffany.

This one is about $50 over your price range and has less diamonds than the SS version, but I think gold is much more classic and valuable. Also, I've found that diamonds set in SS tend to be lower quality than those used in gold jewelry. This bracelet will be very sparkly and dainty and perfect for wearing every day.
The pearl bracelet is also really pretty but is more of a "wow" item that your gf won't be able to wear every day (both because it looks a little less comfortable to wear, makes a huge statement, and pearls are fragile). I personally wouldn't want pearls on my wrists/fingers as everyday items because they're a pain to maintain -- they scratch, you have to take them off when you wash your hands, etc. I'd just be worried about ruining them, which would be distracting and take away from my enjoyment of the piece.
Either way, both items are gorgeous and I'm sure she'll love whatever you pick!

I was just looking over all the bracelets that are in my price range, and that one caught my eye also. She rarely wears gold, so that's the only reason why I wouldn't go with that one. I'm bouncing back and fourth on which one I should get. I've never been in to the actual Tiffany store. Do they have more to choose from? Or do they have pretty much the same thing as their online store?
You could get white gold, so that it looks like SS, but it won't tarnish.

I have the 3 diamond platinum dbty and I never take it off. sure its dainty but i layer it with other pieces and the diamonds sparkle like crazy. I can easily say it was the best piece of jewellery i have bought for price/wear. in the picture it looks like your GF likes to layer bracelets so I am going to say the DBTY is the best choice BUT if your willing to spend more definitely upgrade to either gold or platinum because the dbty line is done way better in either of those 2 materials

Candice, That looks really nice. Hopefully I can come back with one of them this weekend when I take the trip to Tiffanys. I'll keep you guys updated on which one I decided to go with. Thanks everyone
I'd rather get the gift card and pick out my own present. If my husband picked something out for me I'd be hesitant to tell him I'd rather have something else. Besides, having $750.00 to spend at Tiffany affords lots of fantasies and anticipation.
I think the pearls are really unique and interesting.
Just a thought, if your girlfriend doesn't know about this, you might not want to post photos of her in an internet forum. I know if my guy did that I'd go insane. I'm sure the mod's would help you to remove them to protect her privacy.
