Guccimama-it was on my hubbie's cc and honestly he doesn't want to deal with any of that. So I opted for a store credit. Could I still take it up with the cc company? Hubbie really doesn't want to deal with any of that. I just think it's abusive jeweler practice.

So sorry this happened. So many small stores only give store credit. Please find something else soon just in case your boutique closes. I hate holding onto store credits! You never know.....

i agree its happened to me before where there was nothing posted at cash or anything, only after you purchased it was written in like 5 point font that they dont except returns...it feels like someone stole from you...hopefully you find something you love or get your money back:smile1:
