I got my BB K25 over a year ago and have not noticed any issues. My SA said that if it hasn't yellowed by now then its not going to but I'm slightly paranoid that it will.
As far am I am aware the issue is only in epsom and does not occur in chèvre

Bump! I have been offered a BB mini K in Chèvre leather, but hesitating to take it after reading this thread. I want to follow up and see if any Chèvre owners noticed any issues? Also, did the epsom BB owners get their bags replaced by Hermes? Thanks!
I have a Chevre Constance and 0 issues (I also have 46282 other bleu Brume items… I’ve had to send in one silkin wallet in bleu Brume Epsom that they couldn’t fix. But Chevre is not an issue) ☺️

My friend is experiencing a similar issue with a different light colored quota bag. We are wondering if the quota bag will be replaced with a new one or be fixed through spa services. Store credit for a quota bag does not make sense at all😱😱

Which color and has her SA acknowledged the issue/taken the bag back for spa? What has her SA said when she asked about it?
If Hermes actually acknowledges an issue, depending on the relationship between the client and the store, the options may differ. Likely, the store's knee jerk suggestion will be to send the bag to spa for assessment and "repair" though your friend may be able to insist on a bag replacement if she is firm (and favored). However there is no guarantee on what that replacement might be. Its likely that the store (assuming a good relationship) will offer her whichever bags in the same specs (size, and bag type) that they have on hand near term as a replacement but it will likely be done in the form of a refund and then a new purchase from store credit (meaning any price difference will need to be covered by the client). Its somewhat of a rare situation and the particular players (both the client and the SA/SM/store) will factor greatly into deciding the outcome. Would love to hear how it turns out.

I got a BB Constance epson in HK airport Jan 2024. I just recently learned that this color is recalled. The bag was from 2020. Why are they selling it in the store if it's a recall bag? Mine has no problem with yellowing stitching tho. I did ask why they're selling older model bags. and I was just told that no one wanted this color, that's why it's from 2020. The store never told me it's a recall color. I'm kind of annoyed that I wasn't being properly informed.
What color is the bag in question? I am having the same issue with Gris Pale. I will go into the boutique next week and agree that store credit for a QB makes no sense unless I am assured I get a replacement of similar specs in short order.

I recently dropped off a bleu brume wallet to be sent to the spa at a US boutique for yellow stitching. This is my second bleu brume SLG in epsom and my other item does not have this issue at all. On one of my recent visits to Paris I took it to the after sales floor at FSH and the lovely associate confirmed there was the recall however I would have been required to pick the item back up in Paris if I had left it there at the time.
