Bloomingdales sent me a fake trench

Well it's not that they didn't "fix" it-- it's that they only spouted off their standard responses. I just wanted someone to acknowledge that it was a huge mistake. I got the same response that I would've gotten if they sent me the wrong size.

they aren't going to acknowledge that they sent a fake to you, or give you the response you feel is appropriate. they just won't.

I don't know about you but I have lost faith in Bloomingdales - this is what I really want them to address that it will not happen again that they are checking their returns
