It's so weird, my code is coming up at 20% as opposed to 25%. Way too many exclusions, but thought I'd get a pair of JBrand jeans, $58 off isn't bad at all! :D I'm just going to have to call in about my code being only 20%.

If you call customer service, they will generate a code for you. Only "select customers received this particular email" is what CS told my SIL, even though she shops there regularly as well. She didn't receive the email either & she called in and they generated a code for her right on the phone. The rep also offered to place an order for her and give her 25% off her order. So you can still participate!!

Thanks for sharing! At first I was annoyed but then I decided perhaps I should take this as an opportunity to save some money and not buy anything 😉

Lol, that's a great way to look at it! I was going to just ignore this promo too, but thought id take advantage of it since it applied to some jeans i was interested in. Otherwise, there will be more of these coupon codes!

Unfortunately, Tom Ford sunglasses are one of the accessories that are excluded. If you look In the fine print, you'll see the exclusion. :-(

That's awesome that you were able to use the code on your sunglasses though!! 😊
