I know this is true for their handbag department im not sure about the others but I am interested in a Marc Jacobs bag but they dont have the color I want online and wanted to know if any of you have every chatted with a customer service rep and had them order a specific color or item for you and you were still able to get the promo offered online?

Yes, I did sign up myself...but have been waiting for their code in the email since this morning. Searched the forum and it said it normally takes 2-3 days for the email to be arrived.
