So sorry you had that bad experience. Honestly I feel more disgusted by the day by how some high end luxury brands snob their customers. Especially now with the economic disaster happening in the world. I believe the luxury market is going to get hit very hard. Maybe that will teach them to change their strategy
It might. Luxury will all take a hit. I think the highest end brands will be the hardest hit. I hate for that to happen to the many wonderful people there are that work there, minus of course plenty who aren't so nice. I have amazing relationships and have for many years with other brands, and I, right now, am appreciating the transparency of those.

To be clear: I am blocked from ordering handbags ONLY. I can order all the SLG, silks, jewelry, charms, etc. I want but just NOT handbags.

Check the hermes.com thread in the shopping section. I believe there is an either four or six handbag per year limit for everyone.

Yes, it's per season. They were very open to explaining that, and I fully respected that for sure. Not an issue in the least. I was told to wait for spring for that to reset, which is why I called this morning about the vert criquet. I was told it was a block forever for handbags that no one could lift. Basically it's stuck on my account for life. I haven't ordered any bags from H.com by the way since November of last year.

My SA said she is going to get to the bottom of it, and is actually pretty upset about it. I was just waiting for spring b/c I thought ok, all is fine. I had no idea that it was universal, and forever.

Can you buy them in store? I have been told at LV I can only buy so many of a particular bag or a certain number of orders per a set time period but I have never heard of a lifetime ban that can’t be undone!

Yes, tons, whatever I want. They know me and it's no problem in-store at all. But I have a hard time supporting a company that I just don't....like ,..I don't know. That one part treats me like this and the other part doesn't? It's strange.

I hope that's the case, but she said my account is literally in a different category now that she has never seen in all the years she has been there. Someone mistook me for something. And I agree about in store! I have very pleasant and fun experiences there!! But sometimes something pops up on H.com that disappears, and the store can't get in time! Usually late at night when people like me are vampire hours shopping ;)
 
I am wondering if - and hoping - it is a mistake! I am so sorry, you have a wonderful collection (I love your Delavux!!!) and everyone deserves to be treated with kindness or at the very least respect!
Thank you. I love Delvaux! And I asked several times like , WHO do I talk to? The CSR said there is no one who can help you. I asked then - how does this get resolved? And she said, it doesn't.
 
You're welcome! And for sure you didn't! You just wanted to spend even more $$$ buying their things, so it is unbelievable and awful that they would do this to you!
It's a strange company though like that. I never would have guessed they would be so aloof about just "regular" sales of things that are not in demand at all. And not much at that either.

What if you open a new account online? Different email, cc, mailing address? It doesn't fix the original problem, but it's a workaround until you get it resolved.
One of the supervisors I spoke with in January did that while I was on the phone with him!!! He did a different account with a different email, and then was like , hey let's try to open an account with your husband's info. That didn't work either. So maybe that added to the mess? We live in multiple states and have multiple addresses so he though it would be a good idea to test that out to see if something would go through. That was BEFORE the NEXT supervisor I spoke with said orders aren't going through because you are blocked, not because of a billing/ cc/ address issue.
