I have that exact bag (the first one) and it holds a ton. If you need to carry a lot of stuff back and forth to work, like files, definitely get that one. Definitely check the outlet if you are near one because it is at the outlet frequently.
The ergo is gorgeous so if you don't have to carry as much, I'd go with that.

I don't have to carry a lot, just purse necessities, book, umbrella, water bottle....

I have the first one...LOVE it. I guess it depends how much stuff you want to put in it. Is the ergo as big? Also, the first one will probably be easier to wear with a coat and easier to access while wearing....the handles are longer and adjustable - not something the ergo has (right?)

I have the tote for work and it's great if you ever have to carry files or just want to fit your lunch with all your other stuff in there!

I like the first one the best also. Like most others have already said make sure to check the outlet. If you find it really cheap then maybe you can buy both. Maybe different colors.

Another ERGO vote here! I think it's much more stylish especially if you're only carrying the necessities and not files and such. Love the turnlock!!
