I guess I could wait and buy it from the store directly and that way see if it is dented but I got 30% off! Funny the little lipgloss sized cosmetic case I got was shipped in the same shoebox but for that item it was gigantic. I really like this bag too

What is the regular price of this bag? There haven't been enough 27's to get a good idea of what their price is. The patchwork one is 595, which I thought was high given it is smaller than the regular size swagger.

Maybe if you overstuff it with a warm pillow case or something? I had that problem with a MK bag I ordered from Nordstrom.

Did you have it shipped gift wrapped or was it just in the shipping box? TIA!;)

I added a thread with some information on the product for those interested. I ordered one and did ask for a gift box based on the issues with the straps...I hope it works out! Thanks to those in this thread for letting us know new 27's exist!

Did you get to use your pce? I just emailed CS and they said that the 27 is excluded from PCE.

Answering myself, just called my local boutique. Ordered swagger plus matching mini cosmetic case to reach the 30% off. I couldn't use my $100 gift card because I wasn't in store but still happy. She's going to put a note in to leave all the wrapping on so I don't get handle indents.

Yes, this is what I wanted. Coach recently raised the price on this Swagger to $550 and re-released it to department stores. I think Belk meant to list them at full price, but someone in IT made an error with the pricing.
