boo - thanks, congrats on your new goodies too! i actually didn't know what to expect, as this was my first time ever at the H sale. i'm glad i went when it was less crowded, it gave me time to walk around and take my time deciding. even the SAs and security folks were super friendly and relaxed!
baggirl37 - great purchases! i know what you mean about having to exercise self-control, despite the low stock, there was still enough there to tempt me!

Although the stock was low, it is really fun to go out there and hunt! I am already looking forward to the next one...
The sale was great as usual, huge line on the first day, I was the 28th person who go in. No bags or wallets this year, but tons of scarves, ties, rtw, some shoes and house ware, belts, enamel bangles (50% off) and riding gear. This will be the last time they will be holding the sale in the BH store. The next sale this August will be held off site as they are preparing the 3rd level for the new HERMES Furniture, wallpaper, rug collection that launches this spring! The sale is going on until this Saturday, but I doubt there will be much left over by then.

Also I agree with mimi, BH mommy I love your bangles; I think it was worth it for you (and maybe even better) to go the second day--I didn't see the top and bottom ones when I went-- maybe those were put back after someone changed their mind or exceeded the limit to purchase per visit! I know the person in front of me had to put back two bangles because she exceeded the 5 item limit for bracelets.

LOL! I was #27!!! I was NOT one of the gals in full make up and hair , sweat suit and flip flops! I did a very last minute trip(Mimi & Boo had I know in advance, I would have told you!) and went with the FAB Pauillac and we inadvertantly hooked up with Provcol (sp?) who is darling! I came to this sale last Feb too. As others have said, no H items or purses of any kind (wallet and cell phones only) and this year no jackets BUT a number of peeps were were let in w/ jackets. I picked up some great scarves. They had FAB purses last year but no purses this time.
Seems I should go in the first day next time! When did you arrive to get #27?
next time it would be fun fun fun to meet up for sure~
