Well given how it's been going, I doubt the buyer will know it's a fake (unless she shows up here!) because eBay isn't doing anything about it. And even if someone wanted to risk contacting the buyer it was a "private auction" so you can't tell who bought it!

The seller we all reported yesterday? Her items are still up .

If I hear anything from the seller of the Trenino, I'll post about it.

That's a good idea DreasmOfToki, I'm gonna sk her if she knew it was fake too. She might be rude.

And as for the girl we reported still hvig her listings up, well I think it was FrogBubbles that told me ebay doesn't really do much about people like this. Sadly...

ebay and paypal are in CA... I've passed their offices a few times when I've been in the car w/my BF and I'm always like...LET ME OUT HERE...I have a few words for these people!! :lecture: :blah:

I've had my own trouble w/ebay. I had never been so :mad: before!! I've realized that they're only after the almighty dollar and they could really care less if their customers get burned! :graucho: We have to watch our own backs when it comes to the evil ebay :boxing: .

I'm super glad you found the forum and didn't buy a fake! Even though ebay wishes you bought it! :blah:

I don't think LeSportsac really cares about selling their authentic bags at retail prices either! I called customer service back and told her another lady looked through a few bags for her customer and this woman said she wasn't going to do that! She said, we have to quality control inspect each bag before its shipped...so they have to look at it but she refused to just look at a few extra so that I could get one I wanted! Isn't that :censor: ??? She'd rather make her sales look good by making me rack up my c.c. with a bunch of the same bag and then have to pay to return them than take a little "customer service" time to sell me something ONCE!!! That is just :cursing: totally :censor: !!! Don't you think? Why is that called the "customer service" number that I'm calling!!?????

That is rude! I would've hung up on her. That is NOT customer service. Why doesn't she understand that we have to have good placement on the bags?? She should be happy to do that for you b/c you ARE buying from them and speding money....oherwise I'd just hang up and not spend any money with her

Now that I think about it. I've heard of this seller before. I'm not sure if it was good or bad but did you look at her other others. That scuola looks real but why would she sell real and fake stuff?? Was a scuola made in that print?

Ok, couldn't tell cuz I've never seen an orginal print up close before. And she's even got lesportsac tags....what a way to fool people. I think one of the girls on this forum mentioned her.

Yeah, I want to ask her if she knew that any of the items were fake. I know that this seller knows they are fake so what question can I ask her so that she can't answer that they're real? I'm thinking about asking her to take a pic of The made in china tag but maybe it has that tag. And the Lesportsac zipper shaped labels shouldn't be pink should they?

I reported her today. She's got a bunch of fakes, and the only "wrong" things I can tell about them is they 1. don't look quite right like the others 2. the original print came with colored hardware 3. the original print had a different qee 4. the qee she's showing (which is wrong anyway) also is not an authentic qee. pretty close fake. they're trying really hard to fool people AND she's claiming they are AUTHENTIC!

That would be what I would do. Thing is, I feel a little desperate about getting the bag I want! (why else would I pay retail + shipping?) and put up with her attitude almost like it wasn't really her job to sell me a bag! The thing that really cheesed me was that she admitted she has to look the bag over before its shipped out!!!!!! That was the part she didn't need to tell me!
