Jen - have you received your bag yet? I thought you said it's been a week or so already :s Ohhhh, didn't know that you purchased from a newbie seller... have you heard from her again? Well, good luck & hope u get your bag or else file claim with PayPal!!! Did U pay with credit card?
JUICYMARIO - No, I have not received the bag yet. Today is one week since I paid for it. Yes, I purchased from a newbie...dumbest thing I have ever done. :shame: I have only gotten that one e-mail from her that I posted in the thread called "what does this mean" by tokidoki lover where she says that she got in a car accident and was at the post office right then mailing the sucker to me. Thanks for the good luck, i NEED it! I'm waiting until the weekend and if it doesn't show, I'm filing the claim w/paypal. Yes, at least I paid w/a credit card so I wasn't completely out of my mind that day!!

I give up. Ebay is useless. You keep repeating the same bags over and over and instead of them actually banning the seller they just take the listing down and then it gets put right back up again, If they don't give a **** why should I?

Awww, Gina you sound frustrated. Maybe you should take a break from ebay for a while??? Ebay is on my list if you know what I mean. I feel that all they really care about is getting $$$ from people...they really could care less about the buyer or if people sell fake items or else their policies would be different. They really screwed me by ripping the auction down that I was bidding on 2 days after I paid for the item. When I contacted them all they say is contact the seller...then they asked if I tried to call the seller and they told me how to get her #...which I couldn't do b/c it's like my auction never existed, they tell me my item # is not valid...so they wouldn't give me her #. You'd think they'd have their policies executed a little better. :cursing:
