Beverly Hills Sale Feb 2010

Hi All! I was there at 8:30 on the 23rd and got a very low number so I was in there and shopping by 10:30ish - they didn't open the door until about 10:15 or so. Great sale and came away with away w/ way too much great stuff including a classic toile/barenia trim, - all bags 60% off and there were TONS of bags - I didn't decide to fly in until the last minute so next time I will be more organized and it would be fun to meet some fellow tpfers! The silky pops were in a Warhol like bdeG pattern, Beloved india, Marwari and one other that I can't recall .

OMG~ I only read your post on BdM moussie and didn't read this one on the diary.... I remember seeing black and red ones on the first day but didn't check to see if there were any more left today!! I will try again on SAT!! Sorry!!

Boo, do you remember the patterns for the Silky Pops?

Marwari and Bouldec I think, I didn't see the beloved india, but other ladies did~

This was my first H sale and I was wondering if anyone who has been to the BH sale could compare it to the SCP sale... or any other location.... Are they the same? or does one offer more?

BH is the last H to hold the sale on the west coast so I was told they get everything from all the other stores on the west coast. there is just so much more stuff at the BH sale compared to SCP but matt is right sometimes you just might find something at SCP sale!

I just came back from BH! It was a fun trip. I really love it!

I did get the BdM mousses in both white and black background. They are in PM size, marked down to 264. There are couple of GM size mousselines. One in bright orange, one in pale grey and few dark red. Did not see jungle love, but saw a green design with leopards. Two three PM size cashmere in dark red color.
Tons of scarves, dancing pearls, beloves indian, tout en quilt, fantasis indienne, carre kentha, etc, so most of them are from 2008 collection. Lots of color to choose as well.
Couple of vintage size scarves, plisse, and pocket size as well. Mosaic design has many colors to choose.
Scarf rings: evelyn, cdc in white, red, black, blue colors. And those pocket scarf rings.
Enamels: PM size does not have many choices as GM. As I can recognize, they have flacon, oceane, cdc, alphabetic, thalassa (boat). Price range around 275-325 depends on size. Few leather bracelets.
Silk pops, saw a hot pink beloved indian. Really nice!
Key Chains: brown tiger, red bull, black bull, pear, then silk pompom markers.
Some selection of bags, I cannot recall the names. Few racks of clothing and two walls of shoes.
And, no lines at all! Only a hand full of customers while we were there.

You are sooo very welcome! I'm soooo happy for you~ glad it was worth the drive for you! next time we will meet up at SCP!! hahah~ you are so good with all the names of the patterns, I'm clueless usually when it comes to scarf names and enamel names!! hahah~

So jealous, my store didn't do an Exceptional Sale this year. Sounds like BH had some great loot!! Can't wait to see pictures. Congratz on the fab purchases!
