@bagreedy For Global Blue when did they tell you that they had sent the payment? I facebook'ed them as was suggested and the help desk person told me that the payment date according to Global Bleu was June 22nd. I have not seen any refunds appear on either of my Visa cards.

Glad you are seeing movement with yours! I turned in all of my forms on May 17th as well at CDG

They said they processed the forms in early June and would see refunds in 3 weeks.

I called their customer service numbers and had them track each form,try doing the same

Gotcha. I used the Facebook messenger and for each number I gave them they said the the payments were sent yesterday and that didn't count any bank processing time.

I guess I will give it a few more days before I touch back

I think they just process them when we call. When I called premier tax, the lady said that the refund was processed and will show up in a few weeks and 6 hrs later the refunds were on my cc

My $2000 refund did not post in three days as Amex had indicated was their policy, so I called again. This supervisor asked a lot of questions because he claimed to know nothing about the situation between Amex and global blue. I'm faxing him the global blue webpage where it describes the conversion to pounds then dollars as well as some posts from our thread and some other travel threads going back three years complaining about the issues. I'm also faxing my emails from global blue indicating longer wait time for Amex processing. He said to give it 5 days to post. So I guess I'll be back on the phone next week. This is ridiculous.

@bagreedy Well it looks like it took a few days to post but all of my Global Bleu refunds have posted to both Visa cards this morning.

Now i need to figure out what is going on with my Premier Tax ones - they have been showing as Voucher Validation - Payment Pending for almost 2 weeks now

That's great! What was Ur exchange rate?

My refunds were showing payment pending too for premier tax, I called them and within a few hours the refunds posted. Give them a [emoji338]

I still have not received my small refund that had an isssue. It was stamped 2/28, in late April Global Blue said it would take 3 weeks. Well, here we are and Global Blue is escalating the issue but they are so slow between replies. It's not on Amex and I had 6 other refunds on the same card with no problem. We'll see what happens. At this point, if it get it will be a nice surprise!
