Hi all, I recently purchased couple H goodies in Paris on Aug 29. I scanned the forms at the Pablo kiosk successfully and also went to see a custom officer just in case. I mailed the envelopes in the Global Blue mailbox. Everything went smoothly. However, I just checked the Global Blue refund Tracker website and nothing came up. Should I be worried or just wait a couple weeks ?
Unless things have changed since April you mail your forms back directly to Hermes. What kind of envelope did they give you? I did notice that my Hermes refunds came through global blue on my credit card this time so maybe they are switching to global blue?
Sorry, my mistake! I just double checked with my DH. He said it was a regular tax free envelope and he put it in the yellow mailbox. Sorry for the confusion!!!! Is there any way I can track it?
Ok you did the right thing. There is no way to track it. It will take maybe 3-4 weeks to show up on your credit card statement. I have never had a problem with Hermes. They are really good about it. It usually appears right before the end of month statement for some reason. Good luck!
Did you photograph the form before mailing? I always snap a picture so I have all the identifying info, but thankfully, have never had to track down.
If you mailed August 29, I think it's too early to be concerned- give it another week or 10 days at least.

Seconding PPup-Hermes is very efficient with their tax returns- it will probably show on your cc statement about 30 days from the date you submitted-
So hermes has their own YELLOW mail box? So don't put it in the global blue or premier tax mail box?

It's just a yellow la poste mailbox- their postal service. It's not specific for Hermes. But yes Hermes forms are returned directly to them not to global blue or premier.
In January 2016 and also in April. I didnt have any issues getting the credit back.
I went in April and Hermes was still using the same system as always. It is mailed directly to them and not to global blue. They give you a postage paid envelope to drop in the mailbox. Maybe you are confusing it with another store? I think if you drop it in the global blue bin by mistake they will pop it in the mail for you.
